In 2023 I partnered with Hoole Marketing, working with the real estate teams of Opes Real Estate and Cuttcliffe Real Estate to develop the commercial sales brand for this new commercial business park.

Brand Development
With a handful of renders and a clean slate to work with, the goal had been to sell the opportunity of these spaces, rather than just the facts and figures which had been done prior and failed to sell the commercial unit spaces.
So our brand strategy focused on this concept of a "business building block of opportunity" for this large commercial block of over 50 units.
This concept manifested into a messaging that targeted many identified potential buyers and occupants that would find value in this space, by highlighting their specific use cases that could capitalise on this 'block of opportunity.
And to demonstrate it visually, while also standing out on billboards (both physical and digital), we leaned into the proposed yellow, orange, cream and black colours used in the commercial unit facade. While making a motif of the 'building blocks' in the logomark and graphic elements.

The final result of our efforts amounted to an interactive website, a 40-page sales brochure, social media pages, social advertising and outdoor billboards. Giving the sales teams everything they needed to go out and sell Limestone Industrial Estate effectively and establish a branded presence once constructed.
