Brand Strategy

Working with AGL, we positioned their brand to meet the evolving needs of both ambitious startups and established companies. A clear and compelling brand positioning statement, "Adapt, grow, and lead, swiftly," emphasised AGL’s commitment to delivering high-quality digital experiences rapidly and affordably.

Through research, market insights, and category entry point analysis, we refined AGL's core offering into a full-service digital experience that stands out by combining speed, affordability, and high quality. This strategic clarity enabled AGL to communicate a clear, differentiated message that resonates across industry verticals including e-commerce, real estate, insurance, finance, and hospitality.

Brand Identity

When it came to their brand identity, we started with their internal culture that shaped their collaborative team that engage remotely from different corners of the globe. We established their brand personality as approachable, adaptable, and energetic, driven by their purpose of designing engaging digital experiences swiftly and for a fraction of the cost. Which is underpinned by values of agility, collaboration, and empathy.  

 

We then crafted a compelling external identity focused around their brand story and key messages, like "swift digital experience design for a fraction of the cost." To bring a new look for AGL to life, we developed bright, attractive, and inviting visuals that clearly aligned with their agile, fast-paced approach. The refreshed visual identity and precise messaging positions AGL as swift digital experience partners, appealing directly to startups and established companies, communicating their distinct value in the market.

Better branding

While it is only early days since developing the rebrand for AGL, they now have a clear strategy and identity to apply to all their touchpoints, client experiences and team to attract their ideal clients and grow.
